Responsibility
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer business objectives and translate them into technical network and security requirements
- Design and present comprehensive network and security solutions that address client pain points and align with their business goals
- Conduct technical workshops, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept sessions for enterprise clients
- Develop and maintain technical proposals, RFP responses, and solution architectures for network and security projects
- Work closely with product teams to provide market feedback and influence product roadmaps based on customer needs
- Stay current with emerging network and security technologies, threats, and industry best practices
- Mentor junior presales engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the technical team
- Support post-sales teams during implementation to ensure customer success and satisfaction
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in network and security solutions, with at least 2 years in a presales or technical consulting role
- Strong understanding of network architectures, security protocols, and enterprise IT environments
- Hands-on experience with network security solutions (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, SIEM, etc.)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Certifications such as CCNP Security, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are highly desirable
- Experience with cloud security solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are beneficial
