Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end data center project management, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk assessment.
- Oversee a cross-functional team of engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of projects.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including charters, scope statements, and progress reports.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to align project objectives with business goals.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Monitor project financials, including cost tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices in data center design, construction, and operations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communications, ensuring transparency and trust.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, IT, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in data center or mission-critical infrastructure.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects (budgets >$1M) from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of data center architectures, cooling systems, power distribution, and IT infrastructure.
- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, or similar project management tools.
- Fluency in English; Indonesian language skills are a plus.
