PT Karunia Jasindo is seeking a Senior Odoo Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team in Bali (Denpasar, Badung, or surrounding areas). In this role, you will drive the analysis, implementation, and optimization of Odoo ERP systems to align with our clientsâ evolving business needs, ensuring seamless accounting, reporting, and operational workflows.
As a key player in our IT & Communications division, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored Odoo solutions that enhance efficiency, scalability, and user experience. Your expertise will directly impact our clientsâ ability to streamline financial processes, generate actionable insights, and maintain compliance with industry standards.

Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth business process analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for Odoo ERP customization.
- Design, configure, and deploy Odoo modules (e.g., Accounting, Inventory, Sales, HR) to meet client-specific requirements.
- Lead end-to-end Odoo implementation projects, from scoping to go-live, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.
- Provide user training and documentation to ensure smooth adoption of Odoo systems across departments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in Odoo, collaborating with technical teams for system enhancements.
- Stay updated on Odoo best practices and emerging features to recommend process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, local regulations) in all Odoo financial configurations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or related fields.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or similar ERP role.
- Proven track record of successful Odoo implementations (Accounting module expertise is a must).
- Strong understanding of business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, CRM) and ERP integration.
- Proficiency in Odoo Studio, Python (basic), and SQL for customization and debugging.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
- Experience with data migration, UAT, and post-go-live support.
- Certifications in Odoo (e.g., Odoo Certified Functional Consultant) are a plus.
