In this role, you will serve as the bridge between our sales team and clients, providing expert technical guidance to drive solution adoption. You’ll design, present, and demonstrate cutting-edge cabling and network infrastructure solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring seamless integration with their business objectives. Your ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value will be key to closing high-impact deals.

Responsibility
- Conduct technical consultations with clients to assess their structured cabling and network infrastructure requirements.
- Design and propose customized solutions (e.g., fiber optic, copper cabling, data centers, LAN/WAN) aligned with industry standards (TIA/EIA, ISO).
- Develop and deliver compelling technical presentations, demos, and proposals to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and address client objections.
- Provide post-sales support during implementation, ensuring smooth handover to project teams.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies (e.g., IoT, 5G, cloud networking) and competitive offerings.
- Create detailed Bills of Materials (BOMs) and cost estimates for client proposals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, IT, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pre-sales or technical sales for structured cabling, network infrastructure, or telecom solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of cabling standards (Cat6, Cat6a, fiber optics) and network protocols (TCP/IP, Ethernet, VLAN).
- Proven track record of designing and selling complex solutions to enterprise clients.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage C-level executives.
- Certifications such as BICSI RCDD, Cisco CCNA, or equivalent are a plus.
- Familiarity with network design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Visio) and proposal software.
- Willingness to travel within Indonesia as needed.
