Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on cranes and lifting equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all operations.
- Conduct pre-operational checks and document equipment status.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to optimize equipment performance.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment history.
- Provide technical support and training to operators on equipment usage and safety.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns and perform troubleshooting as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Crane or Lifting Equipment Technician.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Certification in crane maintenance or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to industry standards.
- Willingness to work in various locations across Bali.
- Physical fitness and ability to work in demanding environments.
