Responsibility
- Conduct preventive maintenance on training simulator systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in hardware, software, and mechanical components of simulators.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to implement system upgrades and enhancements.
- Perform calibration and testing of simulator equipment to meet industry standards.
- Document maintenance activities, failures, and solutions in detailed technical reports.
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality assurance procedures during all maintenance tasks.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new simulator systems.
- Provide technical support to end-users and training staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, or technical support (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome).
- Basic knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic systems used in simulators.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and software for system analysis.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced technical environment.
