Responsibility
- Analyze project proposals, blueprints, and technical documents to determine labor, material, and time requirements.
- Assist in the planning and execution of engineering projects, ensuring adherence to specifications and timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve efficiency in production and operations.
- Conduct research and data analysis to support decision-making and problem-solving in engineering tasks.
- Participate in quality control and testing procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Document project progress, challenges, and solutions for review and future reference.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to contribute innovative ideas.
- Support senior engineers in troubleshooting technical issues and implementing corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Industrial Engineering (IE), Electronics Engineering (ECE), or Computer Engineering (COE) (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of engineering principles, project management, and technical documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with engineering software/tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required.
