Responsibility
- Develop, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms to drive lead generation, sales, and brand awareness.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to identify high-intent opportunities and refine targeting strategies.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads Editor, and third-party tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with production, warehouse, QC, and sales teams to align PPC efforts with inventory levels, delivery schedules, and promotional calendars.
- Create and test ad copies, landing pages, and visual assets to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation across campaigns to maximize ROI and meet KPIs.
- Stay updated on PPC trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices, implementing innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and strategic next steps for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in PPC management, with a proven track record of scaling campaigns and delivering measurable results.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Microsoft Advertising, including certification in Google Ads (preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation, A/B testing, and performance tracking using tools like Google Analytics 4, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to craft compelling ad copies and present data-driven insights.
- Experience working in e-commerce, manufacturing, or logistics industries is a plus, with an understanding of supply chain dynamics.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and how they complement PPC strategies for holistic digital marketing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, managing multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
