Responsibility
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand engagement and followers across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Create, edit, and publish high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, aligned with brand guidelines.
- Monitor social media trends and analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategy and ROI.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to produce cohesive campaigns and promotional materials.
- Engage with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct competitor research and identify opportunities to differentiate our brand in the digital space.
- Assist in content calendar planning and ensure consistent, on-brand publishing schedules.
- Stay updated on emerging digital marketing tools and platforms to enhance content delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven 1–3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut) and graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English with a creative flair for storytelling.
- Experience managing multiple social media platforms and using analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization for search and social algorithms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Portfolio or samples of previous social media or content work (required).
- Familiarity with Bali’s digital landscape or willingness to relocate to Bali is a plus.
