Responsibility
- Develop and execute end-to-end influencer marketing strategies, aligning with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Identify, negotiate, and onboard KOLs/influencers across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) to maximize campaign reach and engagement.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution with high-quality outputs.
- Coordinate with creative, content, and analytics teams to produce compelling campaigns and track KPIs (engagement rates, conversions, ROI).
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, influencers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and recommendations to clients and leadership.
- Optimize workflows and tools (e.g., CRM, project management software) to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in project management, digital marketing, or influencer marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
- Proven track record of managing KOL/influencer campaigns with measurable success (portfolio or case studies preferred).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and content trends (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, social media insights).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); Indonesian language skills are a plus.
