Responsibility
- Design and execute multi-channel advertising campaigns (digital, social, print, OOH) aligned with brand objectives.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling copy, visuals, and multimedia content for promotions.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights) and optimize for ROI.
- Manage relationships with media partners, influencers, and vendors to secure cost-effective placements.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, audience insights, and competitive opportunities.
- Coordinate event activations, product launches, and experiential marketing initiatives.
- Prepare reports on campaign metrics, budget utilization, and KPIs for stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of industry innovations (AI tools, programmatic ads, AR/VR) to enhance promotional strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in advertising, promotions, or digital marketing (agency or in-house).
- Proven track record of managing successful campaigns with measurable results.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO/SEM tools.
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) and design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a proactive mindset.
