Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business teams to gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate data into compelling visualizations.
- Optimize and automate ETL processes, data models, and DAX queries to ensure high performance and scalability.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for operational improvements.
- Implement best practices for data governance, security, and compliance in all BI solutions.
- Train and mentor end-users and junior team members on Power BI tools and best practices.
- Stay updated with emerging BI technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance our analytics capabilities.
- Present data-driven recommendations to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Power BI Developer, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role.
- Proven expertise in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and DAX (Data Analysis Expressions).
- Strong proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes (e.g., SSIS, Azure Data Factory).
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and tools (e.g., Azure Synapse, Snowflake, or BigQuery).
- Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
