Responsibility
- Lead and supervise shift operations to ensure smooth and efficient plant performance.
- Monitor and maintain milling equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal functionality.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure working environment for all team members.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and perform corrective actions to minimize disruptions.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule repairs and preventive maintenance activities.
- Train and mentor junior operators to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, equipment performance, and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and meet production targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in plant operations, preferably in milling or similar manufacturing environments.
- Strong technical knowledge of milling equipment and processes.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in supervising teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in industrial settings.
- Ability to work in shifts and adapt to changing operational demands.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Certification in plant operations or related fields is a plus.
