Responsibility
- Develop and implement production plans to optimize semiconductor manufacturing processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer demand.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, and engineering, to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, forecast capacity requirements, and propose actionable solutions for continuous improvement.
- Monitor and adjust production schedules in real-time to minimize downtime and maximize output while maintaining quality standards.
- Prepare detailed reports on production performance, KPIs, and project progress for senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and Micronâs operational policies.
- Lead or participate in process improvement initiatives, such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma projects, to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Support new product introductions by coordinating with R&D and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth transitions from development to mass production.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. A Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning, supply chain management, or manufacturing engineering, preferably in the semiconductor or high-tech industry.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, data analysis).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams across different functions and cultures.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
