Responsibility
- Develop and maintain detailed project master programs using industry-standard software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
- Review and analyze engineering drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure alignment with project timelines and budgets.
- Lead the tender preparation process, including cost estimation, risk assessment, and submission of technical proposals.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective action plans to mitigate risks.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare and present progress reports, cash flow forecasts, and resource allocation plans to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements.
- Optimize project schedules to enhance efficiency and reduce costs without compromising quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Planning Engineer in the construction industry, preferably with large-scale projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, and BIM tools.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contract management, and tender processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and standards is highly desirable.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
