Responsibility
- Lead and manage the automation maintenance team, ensuring efficient operation of all automated systems and equipment.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Oversee the installation, calibration, and troubleshooting of PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and other automation technologies.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify automation improvement opportunities and execute upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with industry safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies.
- Monitor maintenance budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation for automation projects.
- Train and mentor maintenance staff on best practices for automation system upkeep and emergency repairs.
- Prepare and present reports on maintenance activities, system performance, and recommendations for enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in automation maintenance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi), SCADA, HMI, and industrial networking.
- Strong knowledge of robotics, servo systems, VFD drives, and sensor technologies.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and data-driven maintenance strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced industrial environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Badung, Bali and adapt to a multicultural work environment.
