Responsibility
- Assist senior engineers in designing, testing, and troubleshooting electronic components and systems.
- Support process improvement projects to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct data analysis and reporting to identify trends and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize manufacturing workflows and reduce downtime.
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) for technical issues and propose corrective actions.
- Assist in documentation and standardization of engineering procedures and best practices.
- Contribute to R&D initiatives by prototyping and testing new concepts under supervision.
- Adhere to safety, quality, and compliance standards in all engineering activities.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related fields).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Basic knowledge of engineering principles, CAD tools, or manufacturing processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate across departments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, ISO standards, or quality control is advantageous.
