Responsibility
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar planning software.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate project risks.
- Prepare and present progress reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and milestones, to senior management.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure alignment with project timelines and budgets.
- Optimize resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment, to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction planning, scheduling, or project management.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or other planning software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Experience in managing large-scale construction projects, preferably in residential, commercial, or infrastructure sectors.
- Knowledge of construction methodologies, industry standards, and best practices.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
