Responsibility
- Oversee the technical and contractual aspects of power engineering projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications and industry standards.
- Develop and review project plans, timelines, and budgets, while monitoring progress to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including design, procurement, and construction, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to verify compliance with technical drawings, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Prepare and present progress reports, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders and senior management.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Ensure adherence to local and international regulations, environmental standards, and best practices in power engineering.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving measures without compromising quality or safety.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; a Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in the power, energy, or renewable energy sectors.
- Proven track record of managing technical projects from planning to completion, with a focus on contractual and budgetary compliance.
- Strong knowledge of power systems, electrical designs, and renewable energy technologies (e.g., solar, wind, or hybrid systems).
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in multicultural teams.
- Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards for power engineering projects is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel to project sites in Bali and other regions as required.
