Responsibility
- Lead and manage MEPF projects from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to align project objectives and deliverables.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
- Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates, budget tracking, and risk assessments.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and technicians to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to source materials and equipment while optimizing costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEPF project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of MEPF systems, codes, and standards (e.g., NFPA, ASHRAE, local building codes).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project) and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or relevant engineering disciplines is a plus.
- Familiarity with sustainability practices and green building standards is advantageous.
