Responsibility
- Oversee and optimize daily production processes to ensure maximum efficiency, quality, and output.
- Develop and implement process improvements, lean manufacturing techniques, and automation solutions to reduce waste and enhance productivity.
- Monitor equipment performance, conduct root cause analysis for failures, and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations, as well as company and industry standards.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to maintain product consistency and meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for cost savings and performance enhancement.
- Train and mentor production staff on best practices, new technologies, and safety protocols.
- Support the introduction of new products or production lines, including feasibility studies, testing, and scaling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in production engineering, manufacturing, or process optimization, preferably in FMCG, beverage, or packaging industries.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in using CAD software, PLC programming, or production management tools (e.g., SAP, MES).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills with a data-driven approach.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, GMP, and HACCP compliance in manufacturing environments.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to work in Badung, Bali, with flexibility for shift-based or on-call duties as needed.
