Responsibility
- Lead the planning and coordination of civil engineering projects from initial concept through detailed design phases
- Develop comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on project requirements and deliverables
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and engineering calculations for civil infrastructure components
- Conduct site investigations and feasibility studies to assess project viability and potential challenges
- Ensure all planning activities comply with Indonesian engineering standards, local regulations, and international best practices
- Identify and mitigate potential risks during the planning phase to prevent costly delays during construction
- Present technical reports and recommendations to stakeholders and project teams
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance throughout the planning process
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field from an accredited institution
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering planning, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is highly desirable
- Proven experience with industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects in Southeast Asia
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and project management software (MS Project, Primavera)
- Excellent understanding of Indonesian building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental requirements
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines
- Exceptional communication skills in English (written and verbal); Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is a plus
- Experience working with international teams and diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
