Responsibility
- Lead the planning, design, and implementation of electrical engineering projects.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Develop and review technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
- Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and management.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical project engineering or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and industry standards.
- Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Indonesian electrical regulations and safety protocols.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
