Responsibility
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in complex electronic assemblies using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Perform repairs and adjustments to ensure electronic systems meet specified performance and quality standards.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify root causes of technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of debugging processes, repairs, and test results for documentation and quality assurance purposes.
- Conduct functional tests and inspections to verify the reliability and performance of electronic components and assemblies.
- Assist in the development and improvement of debugging procedures and methodologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians and other team members as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in electronic debugging technologies and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic assemblies, preferably in a manufacturing or R&D environment.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers.
- Strong understanding of electronic circuits, schematics, and PCB layouts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work methodically under pressure.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
