Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to diagnose musculoskeletal, neurological, or sports-related conditions.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities like ultrasound or electrotherapy.
- Provide rehabilitation and injury prevention programs for post-operative, athletic, or geriatric patients.
- Educate patients and families on self-management techniques, ergonomics, and long-term wellness strategies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (doctors, trainers, etc.) to ensure holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes in compliance with professional standards.
- Stay updated on latest physiotherapy research and integrate evidence-based practices into treatments.
- Participate in team training, workshops, and mentorship programs to enhance clinical skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid physiotherapy license (Indonesian or internationally recognized, with eligibility to practice in Bali).
- Minimum 3+ years of clinical experience in musculoskeletal, sports, or orthopedic physiotherapy.
- Proven expertise in manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation, and patient education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse patients.
- Fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Commitment to continuous professional development and team collaboration.
- Experience with electrotherapy, dry needling, or other advanced techniques is advantageous.
