We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physiotherapist (either on a permanent or locum basis) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
- Administer evidence-based physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and electrotherapy.
- Collaborate with doctors, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and long-term wellness strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in physiotherapy and apply best practices in clinical settings.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Participate in community outreach programs to promote health awareness and preventive care.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid professional license to practice as a Physiotherapist in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience, with a preference for candidates with senior-level expertise.
- Proven track record in treating musculoskeletal, neurological, or sports-related conditions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
