Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable PHP-based applications using modern frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, or similar).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/SCRUM environment to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices to support frontend applications and third-party integrations.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
- Participate in code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to architectural decisions.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in PHP development, with expertise in modern frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, or similar).
- Strong proficiency in MySQL, PostgreSQL, or other relational databases, with experience in query optimization.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful API development, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with frontend technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and frameworks (Vue.js, React, or Angular) is a plus.
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
