Responsibility
- Dispense medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
- Provide expert pharmaceutical advice to patients, doctors, and other healthcare professionals.
- Oversee the management of pharmacy inventory, including ordering, storing, and monitoring medication supplies.
- Ensure the pharmacy operates in accordance with local and international regulations and guidelines.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans, focusing on optimal medication therapy.
- Mentor and train junior pharmacists and pharmacy staff to maintain high standards of practice.
- Participate in clinical rounds and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions on patient care.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in pharmaceutical care and integrate best practices into daily operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Valid pharmacist license to practice in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a pharmacist, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, drug interactions, and patient care standards.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience with pharmacy management systems and electronic health records.
