Responsibility
- Oversee daily clinic operations across multiple locations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and company standards.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency, patient satisfaction, and staff productivity.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate clinic staff, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Manage inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships to ensure optimal supply chain efficiency and cost control.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to track clinic performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with medical teams to optimize patient flow, reduce wait times, and enhance the overall patient experience.
- Ensure compliance with local healthcare laws, safety protocols, and data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
- Drive community engagement initiatives to build strong relationships with local residents, expatriates, and healthcare partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field (Masterâs degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in clinic or healthcare operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and best practices in patient care.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive operational excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia or other languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in healthcare management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a high degree of adaptability.
- Experience working in international or expatriate healthcare settings is highly desirable.
