Responsibility
- Administer precise radiotherapy treatments according to prescribed protocols and treatment plans.
- Operate and maintain radiotherapy equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
- Collaborate with oncologists, medical physicists, and nurses to develop and implement patient treatment plans.
- Monitor patients during treatment, assessing their condition and providing emotional support.
- Ensure compliance with radiation safety regulations and hospital policies.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Participate in quality assurance programs to uphold treatment standards.
- Stay updated with advancements in radiotherapy techniques and technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Radiation Therapy or a related field.
- Valid certification or licensure as a Radiation Therapist (e.g., from a recognized medical board).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in radiotherapy or a clinical setting.
- Proficiency in operating radiotherapy equipment (e.g., linear accelerators, CT simulators).
- Strong understanding of radiation safety protocols and quality assurance procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
