Responsibility
- Design and implement health services research studies focused on neuroscience, patient care, and healthcare systems.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data using statistical software and research methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinicians, epidemiologists, and policymakers, to develop evidence-based recommendations.
- Prepare and present research findings through reports, publications, and presentations for academic and stakeholder audiences.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in neuroscience, public health, and health services research to inform project directions.
- Assist in grant writing and funding proposals to secure resources for ongoing and future research initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards, data privacy regulations, and institutional review board (IRB) protocols.
- Mentor junior researchers and interns, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and professional development.
Qualifications
- A Master’s or PhD degree in Public Health, Neuroscience, Epidemiology, Health Services Research, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in health services research, clinical research, or neuroscience studies, preferably in a hospital or academic setting.
- Strong proficiency in statistical analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, R, Python, or Stata) and data management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a track record of publishing research or presenting findings.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
- Familiarity with healthcare systems, policy analysis, and neuroscience applications in clinical or community settings.
- Demonstrated passion for improving healthcare outcomes through research and innovation.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (preference given to candidates already based in Southeast Asia).
