job description
Are you a data-driven Performance Designer passionate about turning visitors into customers? Penbrothers is seeking a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist with a sharp eye for Product Detail Page (PDP) optimization to join our dynamic team in Bali.
This is not a traditional graphic design role. We need a strategic thinker who lives and breathes A/B testing, heatmaps, user behavior analysis, and high-converting design. You’ll work closely with marketing, UX, and product teams to boost conversion rates, reduce bounce rates, and maximize revenue through data-backed design decisions.
If you thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and love the idea of working from paradise (Bali!), this is your chance to make a real impact.
Responsibility
- Design and optimize high-converting landing pages, PDPs, and user flows based on CRO best practices.
- Conduct A/B and multivariate tests to identify performance improvements and iterate on designs.
- Analyze user behavior data (heatmaps, session recordings, Google Analytics) to uncover friction points and opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, UX, and development teams to implement data-driven design changes.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups focused on conversion and usability.
- Monitor KPIs (CTR, conversion rate, bounce rate, etc.) and report on performance metrics.
- Stay updated on CRO trends, UX/UI best practices, and e-commerce design innovations.
- Optimize mobile and desktop experiences for seamless user journeys.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Performance Designer, CRO Specialist, or UX/UI Designer with a focus on conversion optimization.
- Strong portfolio showcasing data-driven design projects (e.g., before/after CRO case studies).
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools for wireframing and prototyping.
- Experience with CRO tools (Google Optimize, VWO, Hotjar, Crazy Egg, etc.).
- Solid understanding of UX principles, psychology of conversion, and e-commerce best practices.
- Ability to interpret analytics data (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.) and translate insights into actionable designs.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Bonus: Experience with HTML/CSS/JS for rapid prototyping and implementation.
