Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure our rewards packages are aligned with industry standards and regional trends.
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of existing rewards programs, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with HR, finance, and leadership teams to ensure rewards strategies support business objectives and budgetary constraints.
- Manage the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and incentives.
- Develop and maintain compensation structures, job grading systems, and salary bands.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on rewards-related queries and policies.
- Stay updated on legislative changes and compliance requirements related to compensation and benefits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits analysis, preferably in a multinational or fast-growing organization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in HRIS and compensation management software. Experience with Workday, SAP, or similar systems is advantageous.
- Excellent understanding of labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements related to compensation and benefits in Indonesia.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Certifications such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) are highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines.
