Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Administer HR policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Handle employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and development plans.
- Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate HR records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and align HR strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in a fast-paced or multicultural environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
