Responsibility
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company standards.
- Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and career development plans.
- Maintain accurate employee records, payroll data, and HR documentation using digital HR systems.
- Organize and facilitate employee engagement activities, training programs, and team-building events.
- Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and strategize workforce planning.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, including work permits, visas, and labor contracts for expatriate employees.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a generalist capacity.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team and adapt to diverse work styles.
