Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive learning and development programs aligned with business goals and employee growth needs.
- Lead succession planning and talent pipeline development to ensure long-term organizational stability.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify skill gaps and create targeted training interventions.
- Develop and facilitate leadership development programs to cultivate high-potential employees.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of training programs using KPIs and ROI metrics.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing across the organization.
- Manage vendor relationships for external training providers and e-learning platforms.
- Stay abreast of industry trends in talent development and incorporate best practices into company programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or a similar HR role.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering training programs, leadership development, and succession planning.
- Strong understanding of instructional design, adult learning principles, and e-learning platforms.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with HRIS, LMS, or talent management systems is highly desirable.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure training effectiveness and present data-driven insights.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a proactive and adaptive approach.
