Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned territories, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
- Develop and implement territory-specific hiring strategies to attract high-quality candidates in Bali’s competitive job market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align workforce planning with business goals and expansion plans.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) to optimize hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local universities, job portals, and industry networks to enhance talent pipelines.
- Conduct employer branding initiatives to position Erajaya as a top employer in Bali’s key business districts.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies in all hiring and employment practices.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters and HR team members in the territory.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of successful hiring in fast-paced, multi-location environments (preferably in Bali or similar markets).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and best practices in HR compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in HRIS, ATS, and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, or similar platforms).
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to improve hiring strategies.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local language skills (e.g., Balinese) are a plus.
