Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and screening.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to assess candidate fit.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies during hiring and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate HR records, including employee data, contracts, and documentation.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Organize and facilitate new hire orientations and training programs.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative roles.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and labor regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
