Responsibility
- Develop and execute people strategies that enhance employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture.
- Partner with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives and growth plans.
- Manage complex employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and compliance with local labor laws.
- Design and implement performance management systems, career development programs, and succession planning.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier candidates.
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to foster a welcoming and innovative workplace.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve workforce productivity and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Proven track record in employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and best practices in HR compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience working in multicultural or international environments is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and data analytics tools.
- Certifications such as SHRM-SCP, PHR, or equivalent are a strong advantage.
