Responsibility
- Lead and optimize HR administration processes, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of HRIS platforms to streamline HR operations.
- Manage employee data integrity, payroll coordination, and benefits administration across multiple Bali locations.
- Develop and enforce HR policies, procedures, and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with IT and finance teams to integrate HRIS with other business systems (e.g., payroll, ERP).
- Generate HR analytics and reports to support data-driven decision-making for leadership.
- Train and mentor HR team members on HRIS usage, best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Act as the primary liaison for HR-related audits, ensuring documentation and processes meet regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR administration, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in HRIS platforms (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and HR data management.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, payroll processes, and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate across departments.
- Experience leading HR projects, process improvements, and change management initiatives.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; familiarity with Baliās business environment is advantageous.
