Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including data collection, validation, and salary calculations for employees.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international payroll regulations, tax laws, and labor standards.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to reconcile payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.
- Process and verify timekeeping, benefits deductions, bonuses, and other compensation-related adjustments.
- Generate and distribute payroll reports, statements, and tax documents in a timely manner.
- Provide exceptional employee support by addressing payroll inquiries, resolving issues, and offering guidance on compensation matters.
- Implement and optimize payroll systems and software to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and best practices to ensure organizational compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll processing, with at least 2 years in a senior or specialist role.
- Proven expertise in using payroll software (e.g., ADP, Workday, SAP) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll tax regulations, labor laws, and compliance requirements in Indonesia or similar markets.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with employees, HR, and finance teams.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Certifications such as CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) or equivalent are a plus.
