Responsibility
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a multi-country payroll transformation program, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Drive the implementation of a unified HCM/payroll platform, including system configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Develop and standardize global payroll processes and operating models to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Collaborate with HR, finance, IT, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and data accuracy.
- Manage stakeholder communications, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Oversee data migration and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency across all payroll systems.
- Identify and resolve project roadblocks, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing payroll operations.
- Conduct change management initiatives to facilitate smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Global Payroll) is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in payroll management, with at least 5 years in project management for large-scale transformations.
- Proven track record of leading multi-country payroll implementations or HCM system deployments (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP).
- Deep understanding of global payroll compliance, tax regulations, and labor laws across multiple jurisdictions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to process improvement.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project) and advanced Excel.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a significant advantage.
