Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee records management.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Lead recruitment and onboarding processes, from job postings to new hire integration, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Coordinate performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and career development plans.
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with finance and management teams to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting for HR-related expenses.
- Stay updated on labor regulations and industry best practices to mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or a similar role.
- Proven expertise in payroll systems, HRIS software, and employee data management.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and compliance requirements (preferred).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management tools.
- Experience working in multicultural or international environments is a plus.
