Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for territory-based positions across Bali locations
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives for assigned regions
- Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs
- Manage performance management systems and employee relations
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company HR policies
- Coordinate with regional HR teams to implement corporate HR initiatives
- Analyze HR metrics and provide reports to management
- Maintain positive employer branding and employee engagement in assigned territories
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently in a territory-based role
- Experience with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Certification in HR (such as SHRM or local equivalent) is a plus
