Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for territory-based positions across Bali locations
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives for assigned regions
  • Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs
  • Manage performance management systems and employee relations
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company HR policies
  • Coordinate with regional HR teams to implement corporate HR initiatives
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide reports to management
  • Maintain positive employer branding and employee engagement in assigned territories

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Ability to work independently in a territory-based role
  • Experience with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Certification in HR (such as SHRM or local equivalent) is a plus
