Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end HR administration, including employee records, contracts, and documentation.
  • Coordinate recruitment processes, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Process payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with finance and external vendors.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Maintain and update HR databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives, such as performance reviews, training programs, and employee engagement activities.
  • Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies in all HR-related activities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, Recruitment Administration, or HR Shared Services.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service oriented mindset.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
