Responsibility
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding top candidates.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract passive and active talent in a competitive market.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and candidate profiles.
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize recruitment workflows and improve time-to-hire metrics.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Enhance employer branding through compelling job postings, social media, and candidate engagement initiatives.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience, providing timely feedback and maintaining professional communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, preferably in a BPO, startup, or high-volume hiring environment.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and other recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Indeed).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Familiarity with employment laws and best practices in the Philippines/Indonesia is a plus.
