As an HR & GA Assistant, you will assist in recruitment, employee relations, payroll administration, and office management. You’ll also ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies while fostering a positive workplace culture. Responsibility
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
- Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
- Support payroll processing and ensure timely disbursement of salaries and benefits.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Handle general administrative tasks, including office supply management and vendor coordination.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company HR policies.
- Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management for HR-related inquiries.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, administration, or general affairs.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and BPJS regulations.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HRIS software (advantageous).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
