Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles.
- Conduct psychometric assessments and interpret results to evaluate candidates' cognitive abilities, personality traits, and job fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create accurate job descriptions.
- Administer and score aptitude tests, personality inventories, and other assessments to support data-driven hiring decisions.
- Maintain a talent pipeline and database to ensure a steady flow of potential candidates for future openings.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring teams based on assessment outcomes and interview performance.
- Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends to continuously improve recruitment processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field; certification in psychometric testing is a plus.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, with a focus on psychometric evaluations.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and psychometric assessment platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers effectively.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights from assessment results.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to fairness, confidentiality, and ethical recruitment practices.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus.
