Responsibility

  • Develop and manage the company's learning platform, ensuring it meets the needs of all employees.
  • Identify and allocate relevant training content based on employee roles, skill gaps, and career development plans.
  • Monitor and report on learning progress, providing insights to management on training effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with department heads to assess training needs and tailor learning programs accordingly.
  • Organize and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and webinars to enhance employee skills.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee training and development activities.
  • Evaluate the impact of training programs on employee performance and business outcomes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously improve our programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on learning and development.
  • Proven experience in managing learning management systems (LMS) and training platforms.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze training needs and develop effective learning solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
  • Certification in HR or learning and development is a plus.
