Responsibility
- Develop and manage the company's learning platform, ensuring it meets the needs of all employees.
- Identify and allocate relevant training content based on employee roles, skill gaps, and career development plans.
- Monitor and report on learning progress, providing insights to management on training effectiveness.
- Collaborate with department heads to assess training needs and tailor learning programs accordingly.
- Organize and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and webinars to enhance employee skills.
- Maintain accurate records of employee training and development activities.
- Evaluate the impact of training programs on employee performance and business outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously improve our programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on learning and development.
- Proven experience in managing learning management systems (LMS) and training platforms.
- Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels.
- Ability to analyze training needs and develop effective learning solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
- Certification in HR or learning and development is a plus.
