Responsibility

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a productive and organized work environment.
  • Manage HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and cultural events.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as payroll, benefits administration, and compliance reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in HR, office management, or administrative roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on employee relations.
  • Proficiency in HR software, MS Office, and office management tools.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in Indonesia.
